What to expect during the visit
Before we arrive
Have someone familiar with your horse available to handle them and a safe place for the session. Tell us about any veterinary instructions before the visit.
During the session
The handheld device is used on selected areas. Sessions typically take 5–15 minutes per horse, with timing depending on the areas being addressed.
After the session
Discuss follow-up questions with the team and follow your veterinarian's guidance on exercise, ongoing care and any existing rehabilitation plan.
Coordinate with your veterinarian
A cryotherapy visit does not replace an equine veterinary assessment. Speak with your veterinarian about new pain, swelling, lameness or an existing injury before arranging a session.
When you contact us, explain any handling concerns and ask how veterinary instructions can be shared. Suitability and the areas to address should be discussed for each horse.
